East Coast Commissary

To get registered with East Coast Commissary, please visit our office in person during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 

Be sure to bring a valid ID, Certificate of Insurance (COI), and a method of payment. During your visit, you’ll receive a tour of the property and our food truck parking area, and our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have. 

 We offer commissary-only options for food truck vendors who do not require on-site parking. This option provides access to our licensed commissary services, including required facilities and amenities, without the added cost of parking. It’s a flexible solution designed to support your operation while keeping expenses aligned with your business needs. 

 Our facility is designed for self-sustaining food truck vendors. Trucks must be fully operational and able to function independently. Approved vendors can use our licensed commissary services and, if needed, on-site parking that accommodates a variety of truck sizes. This helps ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for all vendors operating from our facility.
