Jax Commissary Kitchen is a new facility that houses trucks, cars, RV’s, boats, and is conveniently located near 295 & Atlantic Blvd. Although many food truck owners are satisfied with their current location, we are set up for business owners who need a solid facility, further east to affiliate with. While still setting up the rest of our establishment, we are open, and currently doing business with six food truck operators. However, a large majority of the property is already complete. We are offering special rates for all entrepreneurs that sign up before Jan 1, 2015, which includes a free months rent. The stalls displayed in the pictures below, are locked, dry storage bays, and personal areas for food truck owners. We also have a conference table for clients needing to do paperwork, or hold meetings.

There is plenty of room to park personal vehicles, and no one will have to deal with unpaved surfaces, when arriving onsite. Customers may wash their trucks, use our air stations, grease disposal, gray water disposal, have access to fresh water, get daily produce deliveries, and access our coin operated ice machine. The facility features gated parking, a 24 hour security guard, assigned gate keys, surveillance cameras, restrooms for men and women, etc. You can also bring in your own refrigeration and freezer units if necessary. Our staff is very cordial, and open to any suggestions which will help improve the premises. Jax Commissary Kitchen is in business for the long run, and maintains a positive vibe, so everyone can work towards a common goal, that involves zero stress or drama.
